Front Counter Associate
You’re the face of Zesty Cleaners. When a customer walks through our doors, you’re the one greeting them, building the relationship, and ensuring their experience is great. This role is all about people: checking in garments, asking the right questions about preferences and care instructions, and sending customers off with a smile when they pick up their order. We’re looking for someone who’s naturally friendly, a great communicator, and genuinely enjoys getting to know our customers. While previous experience is preferred, it is not required. Training is provided for this position.
What you’ll do:
- Check in customer garments and note any special requests or concerns
- Sort items based on fabric type and the cleaning or pressing method they need
- Check customers out and process payments at pickup
- Build genuine relationships with our regulars and welcome new faces
What we’re looking for: a positive attitude, a real smile, and someone who loves conversation and connecting with people.
Presser
This is a behind-the-scenes role where craftsmanship matters most. You’ll work in our plant pressing garments to a high standard, following specific instructions like creases or no creases, and making sure every piece leaves looking sharp. There’s no customer interaction here, this role is all about focus, consistency, and quality.
What you’ll do:
- Press a variety of garments with precision and attention to detail
- Follow specific customer instructions accurately
- Maintain consistent quality even during busy periods
