Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, we do! Same-day service is offered from all of our locations Monday-Friday. Clothes must be in by 8:30 am and will be ready the same day by 5:30 pm.

What are your prices?
Each garment is individually priced per garment. Unfortunately, due to the varying nature of items, we are unable to provide a price list. While we can provide general estimates over the phone, it is recommended that you bring your items into our store so that we may inspect each garment and give a much more accurate quote in person.
Is there a fee for the pickup & delivery service?
There is none! Our pickup & delivery service is a completely free service with 0 additional charges. The price you pay if you dropped off in-store would be the exact same if we picked up & delivered it.
What area’s do you deliver to?
Our delivery radius varies for each location. If you want to see if your address is eligible, you can give us a call or fill out our pickup & delivery signup form, and we will reach back out to you!
Is there a minimum piece requirement for pickup & delivery?
There is not! Our pickup & delivery service is meant to be as easy and convenient as possible. As a matter of fact, we actually prefer lighter & more frequent piles as compared to doing one large pickup every month. Our weekly service is designed to keep your closet fresh and full of clean, crisp clothes.
Do you clean weighted blankets?
Unfortunately, we do not. Even though the care label may specify to get it dry cleaned, the weight is often overbearing for our machines and can cause damage.
What is your typical turnaround time?
We strive for quality and speedy service. Most garments are ready the next day by 5:30pm.
A few items take a bit longer:
- Garments with stains may need an extra day or two, since stain removal sometimes requires a careful step-by-step process to protect the fabric.
- Household items (comforters, blankets, etc.) are processed at the end of the day and can take up to a week.
- Out-services like tailoring, shoe repair, leather, and wedding gowns typically take 1 to 3 weeks depending on the work involved.

Do you offer a rush service?
Yes! If you need something back fast, rush service gets your items ready by 10am the next day instead of our standard 5:30pm turnaround. Rush service typically includes a 50% additional fee. Pricing can vary depending on the item, so just ask your front counter clerk to confirm before dropping off.
What should I do if I lose my claim ticket?
No worries! We can pull up your order using your name or phone number. We may ask a couple quick questions to confirm it’s really your order, just to keep everyone’s items safe and secure.
