7-step process
Every individual garment is processed through our 7-step process which is designed to ensure you are receiving the highest quality of care, every single time!
- Care Labels. Every one of our team members is trained to be able to accurately read clothing care labels to best understand how to clean and press your clothing
- Stain and damage. Upon drop-off, each garment is then inspected and marked for any stains that need to be treated and/or damage that needs to be repaired.
- Sorting. After checking in all clothing, they are then tagged and grouped according to their cleaning process, as well as any special requests added, such as creases on jeans.
- Re-inspection. After cleaning, our specialist re-inspects all clothing to ensure all removable stains have been removed.
- Pressing. Once clean, clothes are then professionally pressed according to the fabric to ensure the best quality.
- Packing and assembly. Once pressed, our plant team members will assemble your orders together, bag them neatly, and presentable.
- Delivery. If you are part of our home pickup & delivery service, our drivers will then deliver your order to your door. If not, your orders will simply be delivered to your local store location and racked into our system, which will then send you a text notification that your clothes are ready to be picked up.

Every one of our locations is equipped with a 24-hour drop-box so you can drop off your clothes at any time, even when we are closed!
